BEFORE SERVICE: You can check-in your child at any of the Check-in Kiosks using your phone number or with a coordinator at the Check-in desk. After finding your child’s name in the database, and checking in, your child’s name tag will print along with your matching parent tag. Your child will need to wear the name tag portion while you hold onto the matching tag.
AFTER SERVICE: After the service is complete, you will return to your child’s classroom. You will need to show your matching parent tag. The teacher will confirm the number on your child’s name tag and then release them to you. This is to keep your child safe!
DURING SERVICE: In the event that we need to contact you during the service, your child’s identification code (the number on the parent tag) will appear on the screen. We ask that you exit the auditorium immediately and look for a staff member or volunteer who will direct you to your child’s room. We may also send a text message during service if we need to contact you.
